Can I bring my own kayak or canoe?

You can bring your own boat and get picked up and dropped off by our shuttle service.

I cannot swim can I participate in this activity?

Unfortunately, all participants must be able to swim.

What happens if it rains?

We will paddle in light rain as long as lightning is not present.

How many people can fit in a canoe?

Small children may ride as a third passenger in the center, however adults must be two to a canoe or one to a kayak.

Does the river go in a circle?

NO!

What happens if I get lost?

As long as you are moving in the same direction as the water is flowing you are going in the right direction. If you think you might have missed the takeout get out at the next road bridge you see and call 979 451 1534 for assistance.

Are there fish swimming in the river?

Yes, this is a natural river not an amusement park. All of the plants and animals found in natural Texas waterways are found here.
